Please review our policy below before making a return.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products where the seal has been opened, removed, or tampered with.
If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with the seal opened or broken
- Used or partially used items
- Products not in original packaging
- Items returned after 14 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping box
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ROYA is not responsible for lost return parcels.
